Approach

We believe that each one of our candidates has individual needs and aspirations. Consequently, our Outplacement programs are tailored to suit individual requirements and are conducted on a one-to-one basis. We also believe that our candidates have a right to expect only the best counsel and guidance from individuals with proven experience. For this reason, we secure the services of professional financial planners to provide guidance to our candidates in financial matters, and when appropriate we retain a highly reputed Registered Psychologist to conduct vocational/personality testing. This leaves our counsellors free to focus on providing career planning, job search and related skills support to our candidates.
